REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of professional experience as IT Business Analyst;
- Experience in iGaming is a must
- Strong skill in diagram modeling (Swimlane diagram);
- Strong skill in Scrum methodology;
- Ability to write product documentation: services, APIs, Product Guides, etc;
- Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle;
- Expertise in writing user stories, and technical descriptions, including acceptance criteria;
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials;
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT teams;
- Design reporting templates and dashboards based on stakeholder specifications.
- Ensure reports align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation using IT solutions;
- Continuously evaluate IT solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as necessary.
