REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Latvian labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in managing personnel documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both Latvian and English. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the HR Director with daily operational tasks
- Overseeing and managing onboarding and off boarding processes
- Overseeing and managing employees retention processes
- Coordinating employee training and development programs
- Proposing improvements and innovations for internal HR initiatives
- Developing and enhancing internal HR policies
- Supporting Recruitment processes if needed
- Fulfilling any other HR related responsibilities given by the HR Director
