Data Collection Specialist

Our team is constantly growing, and we’re looking for new talents to collaborate with. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Researcher/Data Collection Specialist to gather data (manually or using dedicated tools) from a variety of sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity, and organizing it for reporting and content writing purposes.

Requirements

• Experience in related positions (e.g., content administration, operations specialist etc.).
• Good knowledge and experience with Excel/Google Sheets/Google Docs for data organization and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle large datasets from diverse sources.
• Familiarity with web scraping tools and libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).
• Experience analyzing and reporting on statistical data, trends, and research findings.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• English language proficiency (B1+ level).
• A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Performance-oriented and proactive person with a results-driven attitude.

Will be a plus

• Experience in programming or scripting languages for data scraping, parsing, and processing.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in other languages.
• Knowledge of online marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough web-based research to gather relevant information about brands featured on our websites or upcoming partners.
• Compare information from official sources and verify its accuracy on our sites.
• Analyze statistics, trends, product information, and promotional details for use in articles, filter pages, and other data-driven content.
• Maintain clear and organized databases for easy access to collected data across multiple areas of the business.
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis methods based on project needs and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Content Lead Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of technical data to the content team.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify data requirements, adjust collection methods, and ensure accurate reporting for various projects.
